Who is Required to Apply for FSSAI Registration?

As per the Food Safety and Standards Act of 2006, under Sections 31(1) and 31(2), FSSAI registration is mandatory for every food business operator in the country. Food manufacturers and food business operators should be licensed or registered under the food safety and standards authority of India. Difference Between FSSAI Registration and FSSAI License
