At Legalxcode, we prioritize client satisfaction and strive to deliver high-quality, dependable services. However, if you are unsatisfied with our service, we encourage you to review our refund policy outlined below.

  1. Service-Based Refunds

    • Refund requests are considered only for services that have not been initiated or completed. Once our team has started working on a service, a refund will not be processed.

    • In cases where a service cannot be provided due to external factors beyond Legalxcode’s control, we may consider a partial refund after deducting any applicable service or administrative fees.

  2. Eligibility for Refund

    • To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a written request within 7 days of payment, detailing the reasons for your dissatisfaction.

    • Refunds will only be considered if Legalxcode has not fulfilled its initial commitment in accordance with the agreed service scope.

  3. Non-Refundable Services

    • Filing and processing fees related to government bodies, such as Trademark, FSSAI, GST, and other registration fees, are non-refundable once paid.

    • Consultancy, advisory services, and customized legal solutions are non-refundable once provided.

  4. Processing of Refunds

    • Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. Legalxcode is not responsible for any delays caused by the payment processor or bank.

  5. Amendments to Policy

    • Legalxcode reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page and apply only to future transactions.
