Refund requests are considered only for services that have not been initiated or completed. Once our team has started working on a service, a refund will not be processed.

In cases where a service cannot be provided due to external factors beyond Legalxcode’s control, we may consider a partial refund after deducting any applicable service or administrative fees.

To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a written request within 7 days of payment, detailing the reasons for your dissatisfaction.

Refunds will only be considered if Legalxcode has not fulfilled its initial commitment in accordance with the agreed service scope.

Non-Refundable Services

Filing and processing fees related to government bodies, such as Trademark, FSSAI, GST, and other registration fees, are non-refundable once paid.

Consultancy, advisory services, and customized legal solutions are non-refundable once provided.

Processing of Refunds

Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. Legalxcode is not responsible for any delays caused by the payment processor or bank.
